Community Education

Jo Ray House has been active in engaging urban communities in our efforts to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. We sponsor community-based trainings, workshops, seminars, media outreaches and presentations in churches, schools and other organizations to provide free information to stop the spread of the disease.

JRH has realized the importance of using media formats to address issues impacting the health and safety of our communities, including a weekly television talk show on Chicago Cable Access Network channel 21 on Wednesdays from 3 to 4pm.
