Case Management

Jo-Ray House is sensitive to the many needs of people living with HIV/AIDS in the inner-city. We understand the barriers that further complicate resilient living with the disease, including limited financial resources, mental health issues and substance misuse.

Our Case Management Services program provides holistic services to our clients that help them address the many systemic barriers encountered in helping them to live healthy and resilient lives. Case Managementservices include referrals to public income supports, assistance in securing employment, permanent housing and community health services.
